About Us

Julie Hall

Owner, Massage Therapist & Pilates Instructor

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) focusing on Clinical and Sports Massage. I am Certified in Massage Cupping and MediCupping. I am a STOTT trained Pilates Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified in Bio-Electric Magnetic Vascular Therapy (BEMER) and Certified Kaasen Targeted Cryotherapy Technician.

I greatly value the knowledge and skills I have obtained in helping provide safe, effective, and targeted therapy for clients experiencing pain. My areas of training allow me to treat my clients with a systematic approach in choosing their appropriate treatment. This may include a combination of clinical or sports massage, vascular therapy treatment to improve circulation and assist healing, core focused exercises, and proper strengthening and stretching guidelines. My focus is to help assess and evaluate soft-tissue pain and injury ranging from mild to chronic. My assessment and treatments involve the entire musculoskeletal system, which includes, postural muscles, movement patterns, nerves, and fascia.

Many of my clients over the years have done a combination of pilates, strength training, BEMER treatments and massage with me. This is a great way to help address their overall needs, whether it be improving their balance, improving their strength for a specific sport or daily activity, finding more flexibility, or just relieving aches and pains. However, not all clients need help from me in all of these areas. Some clients just need specific body work for their neck, shoulders, or low back. This is why I work with my clients during their assessment to discuss what their needs are, and explore our best approach. Sometimes the need is just as simple as some gentle soft tissue work to help relieve their pain.

My goal is to use my background to give you a specialized approach to your massage and fitness, so I can help you be the healthiest and strongest version of yourself!
